Wild Flower Mitigation Bank

The Wild Flower Mitigation Bank is located in Western Placer county and contain nearly 280 acres of prime mitigation land.  Credits for mitigation will be available late 2017/early 2018.  Proposed credits include:

Service Areas

  • Swainson’s Hawk:  Placer County Conservation Plan area (PCCP)
  • Vernal Pool preservation and Vernal Pool creation, wetlands creation:  Placer County Conservation Plan area (PCCP)
  • Tricolored Blackbird Foraging and Nesting Habitat: Placer, Yuba, Sutter, Yolo, Sacramento and a portion of Colusa Counties
