Redwing Preserve

The Redwing Preserve is located in Western Placer County and contains nearly 1,000 acres of prime mitigation land.  Opportunities for mitigation are now available.  Pending mitigation area estimates include:

Purpose

• The preservation and maintenance of land in perpetuity is being offered as compensatory mitigation for State and Federally regulated habitats. Mitigation opportunities may be available for projects residing in Placer, Sutter, Yuba, Sacramento, and a portion of Colusa counties.

• Now taking reservations with a REFUNDABLE deposit
• Reservation Documents available upon request
